People globally are changing their lives and living their
dreams daily. They say that to make the first million is
the hardest because it is so difficult to change your

Family relationships are improved because more and more

The actual fact is that living a life of wealth both

Gutsy, vital individuals from all walks of life are proving

Individuals are deciding that their life is worth more,
that their relationships deserve time and to get that time
takes wealth. Love of family, scheduling time with

really accomplishing one’s goals:
Step one is the most important. Commit to work on yourself.
It may sound simple, but taking time to improve yourself is
often the hardest thing for many people to accomplish. We
have been raised to believe that to take time for self is
selfish. But, it is one of the most generous things you can
do. By taking a little time to recharge and improve, you
give back ten-fold. Every day someone is making this
decision to better themselves. What about you? Will you
give yourself a bit of time?
Step two is all about planning. Once you have decided and
committed to making a change, you need a plan. It need not
be a complicated work of art. It does not have to be
perfect, just a map to get from point A to point B. Save a
dollar a day for the next 30 days. Take a walk for 30
minutes every day. Start reading a good book and read it
from start to finish. This is an uncomplicated plan with
easily achievable goals. Each accomplishment will give you
confidence to try something new. Someone is going to do
this and make their plan to achieve their future
aspirations. What is your grand and simple design for
success?
Step three is to ACT. Having great ideas and writing them
down is a good start. But to get from one point to the next
and accomplish goals takes action. Individuals turn dreams
into reality through movement, motion and action. Someone
is going to take action today. Will that someone be you?
Stop looking at others living the good life and take action
to craft your life into the art form that you love. Commit
your heart and soul into improving your existence through
developing a plan that works for you, and then taking
action to bring it into reality. Someone is going to change
their life. Will it be you?

They are currently violating what we here in the US call Freedom of Speech. Have you heard of Digital Rights Management or DRM for short? What you don’t know is that we no longer have control of the music we pay for! Let me go back in time for a moment,
I remember turning on my radio back when it was free, and have an endless variety of music filling up any room I was in. I would then go out and buy that tape and it was mine I could play it until I was ill or until the tape broke.
Then the CD emerged, I knew then and know now that no good has come of it. Because you see we don’t actually “own” our cd’s, Apple and Microsoft do.
Like did you know that if you buy a cd and try to god forbid rip the tracks to play on your (insert mp3 player here) you just might get a nasty error that tells you that you don’t have the “rights” to these tracks. OK so you find a workaround and plead with your computer that you do own them. Then the problem lies in which software you do use which is the second conundrum. If you use Windows Media Player then you probably can’t put these new MP3’s on your shiny new Ipod…
However you say never mind the dang cd’s I get my music online at Itunes! Or Microsoft

Doctor’s provide relief from ailments and definitely can put a body back together if tragedy should occur! Those are really great things but your day to day health and lifestyle is ultimately your choice.
Are you paying attention to what you give your body on a day to day basis? It really can make a considerable difference in your life! In a physical sense, every person is different when it comes to their particular likes and dislikes in foods they ingest and products they use on the body (ie..soaps, lotions, potions, etc..)! So it just stands to reason that no two people would experience the same type of benefit from the same type of diet or products.
The medical community as well as many other reputable people have a myriad of specific solutions to help as many people as possible, when it comes to health, but the decision maker about your health is ultimately you.
So what are the some of the simple things you can do to improve your health?
Well for one, since I believe there is a God and I will always believe that, seek out the foods and resources that already exist in the most natural form as possible to help with your nutrition and body. It is easy to get caught up
in the use of something other than that which occurs in nature. I am not knocking the medical world or pharmaceutical world for their remedies, because it is definitely needed. All I am saying here is that for nutrition and overall health, everything occurs in nature already. You may want to note that everything that man has ever created has been derived from nature first!
Without relevance from pure nature, there could not have been any development into the new things we have around us today.
Okay…I’ll cut the fluff and get to the point of this article…simple things!
Drink clean healthy water….nothing new here…just don’t assume that the water you have immediately available is really that good for you! From my personal experience, once I started consuming filtered water, I had a lot less headaches, runny noses, achy muscles and the like! I even started sleeping better…all because the chemicals in the water I was drinking were contributing to some of my day to day problems! For years I never realized this until I made this one change!
Take a good multi-vitamin once or twice a day. Not all vitamins or just any vitamin may be suitable enough for your specific lifestyle. My first experience with a specific multi-vitamin was no less than amazing. Someone gave me a bottle of vitamins to try because I was a little tired and worn by afternoon break at my desk job. Interestingly for me, those vitamins resolved a major health problem I thought I had to live with for the rest of my life. I had a sinus condition that caused me to have a runny-nose, watery eyes and headaches for
almost thirty years. I was always sneezing and wheezing over something, all day long. Once I started with these particular vitamins, I no longer had any problems! For me, it was just a matter of spending the money I was already spending on medications to help….on these particular vitamins. I never looked back and my life is much better now, almost twenty-five years later.
Nutrition…Pay attention to what you are eating everyday…you are the steward of your nutrition! It is very true that you are what you eat! It is more like….you eventually become what you eat! Don’t assume what you are ingesting today will be good for you tomorrow! Be conservative in the amount and eat a variety of foods! It is not good to eat until you are stuffed full, it is better to eat a variety of smaller portions until you are not hungry. Chew the food and take your time eating because your body does not let you instantly
know that you are full, unless you have a habit of quickly stuffing yourself! Stuffing yourself quickly is not good!
Cleansing your body on the inside is not a bad idea either. I have seen recommendations where cleansing should be done at least twice a year!
Sometimes it is just a matter of doing a change up on your diet, for a few weeks! Like eating a lot of vegetables, instead of all those meat and potatoes. A vegetarian friend even suggested just changing to a vegetarian diet for a month because it would cause a natural flushing. They were right about that! Just doing a consistent change up like that really does shake up the body a little!
Proper hygiene…like washing your hands helps a lot too….especially for me like…after I pet an animal, since pet dander is not good for me.
Watch out for certain perfumes, lotions, soaps and shampoos too….some do cause mild physical reactions that you may not otherwise notice because you
never really thought about it.
If you are a fisherman, then you know that just a small amount of water taken from the water where you caught the fish, will keep them alive until you get them home and clean them. Hopefully you realize that a small amount of anything ingested into your body or put on it does make a world of difference in your overall health and lifestyle.
Health problems can be cumulative and occur randomly without giving you any indication that it is directly related to your diet or habits, good or bad! A health professionals job is to provide a remedy for what ails you, but it is your responsibility to realize that your body runs on the fuel you put into it and the things you put on it! It took me quite a few years to start paying attention to my health and how it is affected by my day to day activities.
I am neither a health professional or a nutritionist. I am a single man over 50, who suffers a lot less from ailments related to my health, diet and nutrition. I just stopped taking some things for granted and did a little tweaking along the way.
Does that mean, I won’t have problems tomorrow? No….but I am much more aware of what I subject myself to and that helps. Hopefully this information may help you or at least get you thinking about it a little more. An ounce of prevention
is much better than a pound of cure!
I have also set up two news blogs that collect information. One related to medical health profession and one related to natural health. It is a big world and I need all the help I can get when it comes to proper and less confusing information.

What exactly is this malady I speak of?
It is a condition in which the body absorbs more iron from food than it needs.
The extra iron is stored in and may damage the liver, heart, and pancreas.
It may cause organ failure, cancer, heart problems, and liver disease. …
Symptoms include:
Abdominal pain
Decreased sex drive or impotence.
Have you been feeling weak or tired all the time?
Do your joints hurt? Skin turning a bronze color?
Arthritis of the knuckles of the first and second fingers?
Cardiac problems (including abnormal heart rhythms
If so, you better alert your doctor.
A complete physical must be performed.
I know it’s a bummer but better than kicking the bucket.
Your examination must include:
Total Iron Binding Capacity (TIBC) and Serum Iron (SI).
Divide the SI by TIBC for percentage of Transferrin Saturation TS.
Normal range is: 12-45%.
The same blood may be used to measure Serum Ferritin.
Normal range: 5 to 150.
Mostly men contract the disease for some unclear reason.
Probably due to normal iron loss during menstruation in women.
Usually around age 40. Individuals of European ancestry are much
more likely to be carriers of what was until recently the only known gene
to cause genetic hemochromatosis, than are people of other ethnic ancestries.
However, iron overload is common in people of African or Mexican
descent as it is among Caucasians.
Your goal is to prevent liver cancer, heart attack or stroke. Do that by unloading stored iron as quickly as possible. Objective: ferritin below 10.
Any blood relatives must be tested and monitored yearly.
Iron will cross the blood brain barrier. Excess iron stored in the brain has been found to elevate severity in Alzheimer’s, Lou Gehrig’s, Parkinson’s, MS, and others. Iron in the brain also leads to psychological problems.
If you have any of the above symptoms, make an appointment with your primary care physician immediately. The longer you put off testing, the more damage to your liver will result if you have hemochromatosis.
Iron overload is most often present and silently causing problems long before you notice any symptoms. Serious consquences of untreated hemochromatosis can result in: arthritis, diabetes, depression, impotence, hypogonadism, gallbladder disease, cirrhosis and scarring of the liver, heart attack, cancer, and other life threatening ailments.
Limit red meat in your diet. Knock off the fast food burger for lunch.
Iron loaded vegetables are okay because the body doesn’t absorb iron from plant
sources so well. I was so happy to finally learn {after 9 years} that it was okay to eat iron packed vegetables. It seemed like everything that’s good for you is loaded with iron and ready to put the hurt on you.
Drink black, green, or oolong tea with meals. The tannin from tea helps curb iron absorption (herbal tea doesn’t contain tannin). Cut all foods and snacks that have added iron.
Vitamin C supplements should be limited to less than 100 milligrams per day, because vitamin C promotes iron absorption. Use multivitamins that do not contain iron.
Avoid raw oysters and shellfish like the plague, which may be tainted with
bacteria that might be harmful, even deadly to someone with an iron overload.
